Payment is required BEFORE services are rendered. There is no obligation to provide services until payment is received. Full payment secures the commissioned services. The turnaround time for services begins one business day after payment is received. Turnaround time for expedited services is 48 business hours minimum, no exceptions. No services can be completed under 24 hours or within the same 24 hours that booking is made. (Business Days are Monday through Friday *All major and federal holidays are observed)
Our business operates Monday thru Friday. Booking for consultations are available on limited hours and the booking hours are available directly on our Facebook page. Business days in the turnaround period are Monday through Friday. Turnaround times are subject to change and can change at the owners/writer’s discretion according to business needs. If there are any changes or delays to your turn around time, this will be discussed directly to ensure an open line of communication.
When booking services, you will receive a booking confirmation email from the website to confirm your services. Once that confirmation is sent to us, we will follow up with you with an invoice or estimate and payment options. After payment is received in full, we will send a payment confirmation, with a full-service description, turnaround time and payment confirmation for your records.
We understand that job postings can come at any moment with only days to prepare. Time is usually of the essence in most cases, and we are happy to provide expedited services. There is an additional service fee to ensure we can provide a return on your documents within 48 business hours minimum. We are only able to provide a 48 business-hour expedited turnaround time at this time due to staffing. Please note that all services may not qualify for an expedited turnaround time. That information will be disclosed once a service/package is selected and documented on your confirmation. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the owner/writer according to business needs.
Prices and Policies are subject to change at our discretion based on business needs and the current market. We do offer special pricing and discounts periodically and hope that you are able to take advantage of any active offer applicable. In the event an offer is not active or applicable at your time of booking your price will be quoted based on the service price at that time. All terms and conditions for active and eligible offers will be provided on the offer itself. This does confirm that if you paid a different price for a similar service previously that price may have been subject to a price change. Any changes to pricing, does not have to be communicated prior to booking. If a price is quoted, prior to booking and securing service and the prices listed have changed, the price quoted will be honored, even if payment has not been received prior to the change. The exception to this policy is, the price quoted must be paid and services must be booked, within 14 business days of the price change.
We at Write Way do our best to achieve customer satisfaction in every aspect of your experience with us. With such, communication throughout the process is vital to avoid any conflicts or dissatisfaction. Our clients are encouraged to collaborate with us every step of the way to ensure that their vision is executed to achieve their career goals. We are committed to holding ourselves at a high level of integrity and honesty and approach all concerns and inquiries empathetically, fairly and professionally. If for any reason you feel we were not able to meet your needs satisfactorily, please allow us an opportunity to devise a solution that will be sufficient to all parties involved. This includes, but is not limited to, providing revisions free of charge within a specified time frame. (The current processing time to receive revisions without additional charge is 5 calendar days post-submission of completed document(s)or services rendered to the client.) In the event, we are unable to satisfy the turnaround time specified, a partial refund will be provided, if any work was completed and submitted to the client. To clarify, if we were able to complete the services, yet not within the time frame quoted for any reason 1 and work was submitted and accepted by you or on your behalf, we will issue a partial refund. This will be of an amount equal to 25% of the amount paid. In the unfortunate scenario, you do not wish to accept any completed work due to the unmet time frame (meaning the turnaround time has passed and completed work has not been submitted to you), we will issue a refund up to 50% of the amount paid, since work was essentially completed. If we are unable to satisfy your request and no work has been completed, nor submitted to the client or on the client’s behalf, this is the only instance a full refund will be provided. There will be NO REFUNDS provided for any other reason, other than those listed. Please understand we do strive for satisfaction and fairness. For unlisted scenarios we will consider alternative solutions, but a refund is not guaranteed in those instances. As mentioned, we cannot guarantee employment, employment offers or interviews. As such, we will not be able to issue any refunds related to employment opportunities. (In the event you submit the completed resume for employment, and you receive any feedback on that resume that could potentially result in you being selected for employment we agree to make those revisions free of charge but will not issue any form of refund. This offer will only extend for 30 days after submission of the completed resume to the client.)
While we strive to implement our innovative and unique career strategies and approach to create a dynamic marketing tool, to help you achieve your ultimate career goals, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% that our services will result in an increased response, employment offers, etc..,. These factors are at the sole discretion of the recruiting team and leadership within any organization and may be determined by outside factors not directly related to the services provided by Write Way Professional Resume Services. If you’re dissatisfied with the information included on your resume, formatting or verbiage, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund based on this reasoning once work has been commissioned and completed. There is a post-Submission timeframe that allows for revisions to be made, free of charge. However, verbiage and formatting utilized have been chosen according to collaborations with hiring professionals in talent acquisition and Human Resources of various industries as well as the best options to assist in successfully passing the latest technology in the Applicant Tracking System.
